What this policy covers
This policy covers digitalservices.me — the website you're on right now. Each of the four apps we've built (Bazarly, Grocery List — Smart, Executive Notes, Entrepreneurs Business Ideas) has its own privacy policy covering what that specific app collects, since an app that syncs your notes or tracks your grocery spend handles different data than a marketing website. Each app's policy is linked from its own page.
Who we are
Digital Services is a product studio founded in 2021. This site is how we describe what we do and how people get in touch with us. Questions about this policy, or a request relating to your data, go to support@digitalservices.me.
What we collect
Two things, and nothing else.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit, which pages they read, and roughly where visits come from — aggregated, not tied to your name. This only runs after you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit; decline it, and analytics doesn't load.
- What you send us. If you email us or use the contact form, we receive whatever you include — typically your name, email address, and a description of what you're building. We use it to reply to you, and for nothing else.
We don't run advertising on this site, and we don't sell, rent or trade your data to anyone.
Cookies
The only cookies this site sets are the analytics cookies described above, and only once you've accepted them through the banner. Declining it, or not interacting with it, means no analytics cookie is set.
Third parties
Analytics data is processed by Google, under Google's own privacy policy. We don't share the contents of an email you send us with any third party.
How long we keep it
Analytics data follows Google Analytics' own standard retention settings. An email you send us is kept for as long as it's useful to the conversation it started, and deleted when it isn't.
Your rights
Wherever you're writing from, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email support@digitalservices.me and we'll act on it. If you're in a jurisdiction with its own data-protection framework (GDPR, CCPA or similar), those rights apply to you in full; this section describes how to exercise them with us in practice, not a limit on them.
Children
This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If this changes, we'll update the date below. We won't quietly narrow your rights in an update.
